Nikki Safavi is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I have been a full-time mediator since 2011 and have worked with a number of case managers, many of whom were very good at their jobs. Nikki is the best. When I left the large service provider with whom I had worked for several years, Nikki helped me create marketing materials and set up my new web site, helped me create forms and policy documents, and established procedures for responding to inquiries, following up, invoicing, and calendaring new matters, and following up on payment. She gets to know my clients and the people who book mediations at their firms, and she knows what they want and don’t want. She responds to inquiries promptly, follows up on open inquiries diligently, and invoices matters promptly on booking.
